Subject: Nissan Whistleblower talks about charitble spending at NISSAN

"I who have known many crises am convinced that during a crisis a captain does not abandon his ship. He makes sure that the ship weathers the storm," said Ghosn, who is also chief executive of Renault's Japanese partner Nissan Motor

Carlos Ghosn YOU have too many ships!!!

The NISSAN Whistleblower has “multiple proofs”
French Consulate….
The last time I was in Paris I was told that Americans were “stupid” because we re elected George W. Bush as President.  I told that person “it’s not nice to call a society stupid.  I was then told I too was “stupid”.   That said:
For years I’ve stood up to support my French clients in Tennessee.  On numerous occasions they were being treated poorly by the Good Ole Boy network.  I was even accused of being a "French Sympathizer" by people from NISSAN.  I emailed "that" to Mr. Tavares.
Dominique Thormann “personally” profited from “playing ball” w/the “Good Ole Boys” and NOW Ghosn wants to make him COO.
“if” Dominique Thormann is the new COO of Renault…   France using a favorite word of the French to describe Americans then YOUR stupid.    Sorry.  It's the do one to others as they do to you "concept".
French Consulate Americans will know about the “bad spending” he did with American taxpayer money” and about Renalt's CFO bad spending of AMERICAN taxpayer money
Too many people in the community have told me of “reckless spending” of charities that NISSAN selected to partner with & Dominique Thormann back then is the man that made those decisions.
About a year ago “after” I had an email from Carlos Tavares  I communicated my main reason for wanting to be in charge of CSR and Diversity was to give credibility back to NISSAN North America from the damage that Dominique Thormann created.   http://www.girlintheblackhonda.com/Sharyn_for_CSR_2010.html
Mr. Thormann created a "culture" that gave HIM a lot of goodies & the needy charities were neglected.
REPORTERS Check out the Nashville Symphonys 1st Note program.  NISSAN gave it 1/2 a million dollars.
I put on my blog www.girlintheblackhonda.com that the charity did NOTHING for the counties where the Plants are located of even the NISSAN HQ.
The fact is Mr. Thormann was generous  because he got to go to some "great" parties with celebrities and he enjoyed "fancy French" Champaign with money that NISSAN had earmarked for charity.   America will be DISGUSTED when it comes out about the  attitude of one of Ghosn's picks for COO.  the attitude of “Let Them Eat Cake”
Everyone knows that Tavares is "over qualified"  he's ready to be CEO and Klein.... Let's just say.   he's connected to the "framing" of the Renault Three.    France Letting Renault Lead the Investigation was STUPID!!!!

PELATA REPLACEMENT
Separately La Tribune reported that Philippe Klein, executive vice president of product planning and programmes, and CFO Dominique Thormann were in the running to replace Pelata. It also cited partner Nissan Motor's (7201.T) Americas head Carlos Tavares as a possible successor and said a replacement would be named by the end of April "at best".
Ghosn also told Les Echos that an investigation into the industrial espionage case did not implicate him and he never thought of resigning over it.
"Nothing in the audit implicates me," Ghosn said, referring to an inquiry that led to Pelata's resignation. [ID:nLDE73B1C8] [ID:nLDE73A0AY]
"I who have known many crises am convinced that during a crisis a captain does not abandon his ship. He makes sure that the ship weathers the storm," said Ghosn, who is also chief executive of Renault's Japanese partner Nissan Motor (7201.T).
Ghosn told Les Echos the main lesson to take from the crisis was the need to boost support functions within the car maker's organisation.

Obama's State of the Union address -- and crony capitalism

By Jennifer Rubin

President Obama is warming up for his State of the Union address, sounding the theme of "competitiveness." It sounds positive -- don't we all want to be competitive? But upon closer analysis, this is the worst of crony capitalism.

In the State of the Union address, be prepared to hear lots of talk about "green jobs" (i.e. corporate subsidies),………

The NISSAN Whistleblower will soon show AMERICA that Lots of “green” supplied by the hard working taxpayers was being wasted by foreign nations. Read www.sharynbovat.com &

UPDATE!!!

Last night I recieved information connecting this scandal to Jim Morton.  The former Vice Chairman of the America's for NISSAN  who was the right hand man for Carlos Ghosn.  I was informed of the connection to the Bermuda accounts.  http://www.bizjournals.com/nashville/news/2011/01/05/irs-to-take-a-look-at-nissan-books.html

Using the Glenn Beck method I'm working on a video that will explain "this corruption" to America.
Sorry jon Stewart the dots are NOT connected to George Soro's at least not yet.

Renault and Mr. Ghosn have FAILED at an attempt to make a smoke screen.   Executives that worked at NISSAN that came from RENAULT had a history of "twisting" facts to benifit them.  They were playing a game using AMERICAN taxpayer money.

For the record engineers and scientist are the MOST ethical people & many become whistleblowers.  For they define the measurement of success differently than "money guys". The Renualt Three are not "spies" they are victims.   Victims of being RIGHT.

Der Spiegel reports that the team around Michel Balthazard, had made “disrespectful comments regarding the corporate strategy” of Renault: “EVs harbor many unsolved problems, for which there is not even a hint of a solution.” Who knows, maybe they were amongst the 200 executives that said similar things to KPMG. Of course, such impure thoughts are heresy at Renault which is betting the house on the success of EVs. “We put $5 billion on the table,” said Francois Bancon, chief strategist at Nissan. “If this goes wrong, we are dead.”

I will work on disecting Ghosn's comments.....starting with those highlighted

Bottom Line:   Renault executives took OVER 1 Billion dollars of American taxpayer money via NISSAN & they committed FRAUD!!!!

It's not the Japanese fault..... it's the French!!!

Fired Renault exec hits back over spying charge

By The Associated Press

PARIS (AP) — One of the executives fired by French carmaker Renault on accusations of industrial espionage says he won't let himself be used as a scapegoat in the affair.

Bertrand Rochette, a senior manager in Renault's vehicle development department, denies the accusations and says he "feels like I'm caught in a machine, a system in which very important interests are at play.".......

Renault-Nissan boss denies spy scandal was about technology

By John Lichfield in Paris       Monday, 24 January 2011

The boss of Renault-Nissan spoke out yesterday for the first time about allegations of industrial spying on his company's rapid advances in electric cars which shook the French-Japanese car giant this month.

Carlos Ghosn said that the espionage concerned the "economic model" of Renault's plans to dominate a $2,000bn world market in electric cars from next year. No specific technical secrets had been leaked, he said.

His comments – contradicting earlier hints that unpatented, technical advances may have been sold to China – will add to the confusion surrounding the Renault spy scandal. Lawyers representing three senior Renault executives, suspended earlier this month, say that there is no evidence they took money for handing over company secrets. They have started counter-actions for "defamation".

Renault-Nissan président-directeur général Mr Ghosn rejected suggestions that Renault had bungled the investigation by approaching a private detective rather than the French security services.

He refused to comment on suggestions - angrily denied by Beijing - that the leaks were inspired by economic interests in China. But he also rejected suggestions in the French press that the whole affair may have been an elaborate dirty-trick, mounted by unknown rivals, to throw doubt on innocent men and sabotage Renault's accelerating electric car programme.

"The target was our whole electric car strategy," he told the Journal du Dimanche. "There was total scepticism when we launched the programme in 2006. Now we are the only company in the world to manufacture, at the same time, electric car engines, the batteries and charging equipment. In an extremely competitive global industry, worth $2,000 billion, we naturally attract the interest of our competitors..."

Renault, with its Japanese partner Nissan, has invested over €4bn in trying to develop new generations of all-electric cars to match the price and performance of internal-combustion vehicles. Several models were unveiled at the Frankfurt motor show last year but the leaked secrets were said to concern a new generation of vehicles expected to enter the market in 2012-13.

According to the French press, they included unpatented advances in electric car engines and batteries.

But Mr Ghosn insisted yesterday that no "technical information" had leaked. The espionage concerned "our economic model", he said. Renault officials told the Journal du Dimanche that this embraced the costs and probable prices of electric cars and batteries, sales forecasts and production targets. Three senior Renault executives were suspended on 5 January. The company has started legal proceedings against "person unknown" for "industrial espionage, corruption, theft, receiving stolen goods and conspiracy".

Renault officials say that the affair began with an anonymous tip-off in a letter last August. A private detective and two company investigators were asked to start an inquiry.

Renault officials and lawyers say they identified off-shore bank accounts in Switzerland and Liechtenstein belonging to the three company executives with payments allegedly divided between the three men.

All three have angrily dismissed the accusations and brought counter-actions for defamation and calumny.
